I Just Want to Clarify this issue!

I have Client her Name is Grace Maan , nag order sha saken ng Minnie mouse tutu, sabi nya gayahin ko daw tong design na to

this tutu is also my creation , order ng isa kong clients, Sabi ni Grace Maan eto daw gawin ko para sa Baby nya..

normally it takes3-4 days to finished the orders…and she paid her order De.29, 2011…and i sent her Gown the same day Dec.29,2011...(baket ang bilis na send diba dapat 3-4 days?)

Ginawa ko ang tutu ng overnight ,Hindi pa sha bayad nun pero ginawa ko na, kase sabi nya kailangan daw talaga nya before new year…so nagpuyat ako hanggang madaling araw para lang matapos ang order nya at masend sa kanya ang gown on time,sabi kase nya she need it before new year Jan.01…so she paid her payment Dec.29,i sent her order Dec.29, she recieved her order Dec.30, and she sent me txt messages Dec.31 she’s asking for replacement for the gown!

eto ung gown na ginawa ko:-) para sa baby nya.

i worked really hard to finished this gown, pinagpuyatan ko tong tapusin hanggang madaling araw. para lang madeliver ko sa kanya ontime. about naman sa Minnie Mouse headband, wala ng stocks sa supplier ko,last minute kase order nya eh tska super rush talaga!,sarado na ibang mga shop kaya wala nakong mabilhan. Humingi naman ako ng pacencia sa kanya dahil walang Available na Minnie Mouse Headband. sabi ko gawa na alng ako ng minnie mouse ribbon headband terno sa ribbon sa gown eto ginawa ko

Dec,31,2011….

nag pe prepare ako ng food for Mejia Noche, she sent me messages gusto daw nya ibalik ang gown kase very rough daw ang fabric hindi daw sulit ang price…kase daw ung mga skirt ng baby nya mga PETTI SKIRT at malalambot. baket daw ang tutu matigas? just to clarify sis, slight hard tulle lang po ang fabric ang mali ko lang di ko nasabi sau what type of fabric ang nsa photo nung mag order ka kase super rush na talaga order mo,basta ginawa ko na lng ung nsa photo na gusto mo ipagaya. mejo matigas nga po ang tulle compare sa petti skirt na fabric kase magkaiba po yun.

Anway! the gown is 750.00 / Hairbow is 150.00 / Shipping fee: 155 via LBC

Her Total order is 900.00 + shipping fee 155 = 1,055.00

so sabi nya hindi daw sulit ang binayad nya sa gown, so sabi ko refund ko na alng ang pera para wala ng problema, kaso napaisip ko ako,sayang naman ang pinagpuyatan ko hanggang madaling araw mababalewala lang????

so i ask some advice sa ibang mga online sellers about this case…sabi nila No return No Exchange! so nag send ako ng messages kay Grace Maan.

Me: Sis, I asked some of my friends, they said No Return No Exchange daw. but i dont wanna do that:-( im willing to replace the gown but u have to send the gown first if u want me to replace the gown and u have pay for the shipping fee when u send it. i wanna make sure the gown is not used and not damaged bago ko palitan ng bago.

Grace Maan: Why would i pay for shipping fee? And Against sa law ang NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE, I think online selling is based on trust and so far i have proven enough that i can be trusted. Anyway too much for these exchanges!

Me: Let’s Talk again after new year sis, Let’s celebrate and enjoy first the new years eve. This is the last day of 2011 and i dont want to have bad memories because of this. dont worry i will replace ur gown ok? Have a Blessed and happy New year sis:-)

naging nice naman ako sayo sis diba? i told u i will replace the gown,pero di kana nagreply! Sana Po konting respect din sa mga kagaya namin ONLINE SELLER, hindi naman po kami mga robot eh may pakiramdam din kami at nasasaktan:-(
